Rozanne Silver

Providing encouragement, assistance, building socialization skills, and ultimately seeing the growth and smiles of special needs individuals when they have accomplished something new are my true passions. I am a long-time resident of the Imperial Valley. I am a mother of two adult children, one with special needs. I am a board member for Best S.T.E.P. Forward a non-profit organization where I get to be a part of all the of the above. It’s about seeing the abilities not the disabilities.
